Gerald Friesen, PE - Project Engineer
Gerald Friesen a registered professional civil engineer with 26 years of experience in environmental engineering, particularly in developing municipal solid waste management facilities and has provided engineering services at many of the landfills and transfer stations in the Pacific Northwest.  Gerry Friesen provides Peak with professional engineering design and certification services.

Bill Borlaug is a registered professional civil engineer with 20 years of solid waste engineering and project management experience with technical expertise in all areas of landfill development, permitting, design, construction, construction quality assurance (CQA), and environmental compliance for municipal, private, and government clients.  Bill Borlaug provides Peak with professional engineering design and certification services.

Travis Evans, PE - Project Manager
Mr. Evans has considerable engineering and project management experience on a wide range of municipal and private projects. He has provided certification and grading designs of landfill closures, oversaw design and construction of water treatment ponds with a total of over 1.3 millions square feet of HDPE liner installed. He also has provided site design and construction oversight services for municipalities, schools, chain stores, and restaurants. He has extensive experience providing construction estimates for construction firms and engineer’s estimates for design projects.
